Enhancements
- Under Customer Settings > Mailboxes > Quarantine Report, administrators can now configure whether users will be able to activate or deactivate the infomail filter.
- In the Email Live Tracking module, now only users are able to mark emails as private.
Improvements
- Improved table designs were implemented under Security Settings > Advanced Threat Protection and Security Settings > Email Encryption.
- Under Security Settings > Archiving, the last Archiving exception can now be removed.
- Under Security Settings > Email Encryption, an issue that resulted in the display of an error message for some users while attempting to use the Check encryption capability function has been fixed.
- An error regarding case sensitivity in email addresses has been fixed.
- Missing translations for a mailbox migration error message have been added.
- Under Security Awareness Service > Configuration > Phishing Simulation, the function to exclude scenarios has been improved. Instead of a drop-down menu, administrators can now use a table with search option.
- Under Security Awareness Service > Statistics > Groups, the table has been improved.
- An error that caused newly created users to be added to the Security Awareness Service even though the option for automatic exclusion was activated has been fixed.
- Under Detected Threats of 365 Extended Email Protection, an error that caused a wrong error message to pop up when using “-” in the search field has been fixed.
- An issue that caused problems when trying to open secure links has been fixed.
- In the Dashboard, an error that caused the VM Backup service to be displayed as deactivated while being activated has been fixed.
- In the Dashboard module, an error due to which 365 Permission Manager was not shown has been fixed.
- An error due to which the Threat Live Report module under Reporting & Compliance was not visible in some cases has been fixed.
- An error that impeded the creation of audit logs for changes in the role assignment for some French regions has been fixed.
- An error due to which the email address was not shown in a toast message when sending an exported CSV file to an email address has been fixed.
- In the Email Live Tracking module, an error that caused the timestamp to use the browser’s time zone instead of the one defined in the User Settings has been fixed.
- Under Deny & Allow Lists, an error that caused CSV imports at customer level to fail has been fixed.
- An error due to which e-training reminders were not sent out for some customers has been fixed.

Enhancements
- In the “Security Awareness Service” > “Configuration” module, administrators can now deactivate the one-click feedback function that allows the customer’s IT support to provide their feedback on reported emails that are not part of the phishing simulation on a web page, resulting in an automatic feedback email to be sent to the user.
Improvements
- An error has been fixed where e-training reminders were sent out even though the e-training module was not activated.
- An error message that occured when accessing the “Phishing Simulation“ tab under “Security Awareness Service“ > “Configuration“ has been fixed.
- An error that caused an e-training reminder to be generated for a forward mailbox has been fixed.
- An error where Microsoft 365 Delta Synchronization was not correctly syncing languages and positions within the Security Awareness Service has been fixed.
- In the “Security Awareness Service” > “Configuration“ module, the activation state of the “Include future users in identity spoofing simulation” option is now displayed correctly.
- An error has been fixed, that caused e-training reminders to be sent out too early.

Enhancements
- In the “User Panel” tab under “Customization”, administrators can now allow or deny their users from editing their basic data and passwords in the User Panel.
- In the “E-Training” tab under “Security Awareness Service” > “Configuration”, administrators can now set a reminder email interval. Invitation emails for e-trainings and reminder emails for non-completed e-trainings can now be activated separately. E-training reminders will now only be sent during business hours based on the timezone set in the Control Panel.
- The Security Awareness Service now supports two fallback languages for e-training emails: the user’s language in the User Panel and the customer’s language in the Control Panel.
- In the “Phishing Simulation” tab under “Security Awareness Service” > “Configuration”, advanced settings give administrators more control about the identity spoofing simulation.

Improvements
- E-training reminders are no longer sent to forward mailboxes.
- Forward mailboxes will no longer be taken into account for e-training statistics.
- A tooltip in the report configuration under Reporting & Complaince → Email Statistics → Report has been improved.
- The redirection between some services has been improved.
- In the Security Awareness Service, an error has been fixed that occurred for clients who have set German as their company language. The error prevented them from adding a domain for retrieving publicly accessible information in the Organization settings under Security Awareness Service > Configuration > Phishing Simulation.

Enhancements
- In the Statistics tab of the Email Statistics module statistics can be generated and downloaded as a PDF file.
- In the Scheduled Report tab of the Email Statistics module the static monthly offline report can now be configured to be send daily, weekly or monthly and the recipients can be selected. Also external recipients can be provided.
- Austrian has been added to the languages of the Security Awareness Service.
- The version number of the Control Panel/User Panel has been added to the bottom of the Dashboard of the User Panel.
- The Secure Links statistic in the Reporting & Compliance module under Threat Live Report has been removed.
- The default contact information in the Control Panel/User Panel has been changed, now only a link to the support contact form is shown.
Improvements
- An error message has been improved, when creating forward mailboxes with more than 100 recipients.
- An error when excluding groups of only forward mailboxes from the Security Awareness Service has been fixed.
- An error adding the support information of customers from the Customization module to the Quarantine Report has been fixed.
- The link when opening the teachable moment from the User Panel’s Phishing Simulation module has been updated.
