Enhancements

  • Under “Security Settings” > “Advanced Threat Protection”, links that were rewritten by Secure Links can now be decoded. The link decoder is also available in the User Panel if an administrator has enabled it in the “Customization” module of the Control Panel.
  • In the “General Settings” tab under “Security Settings” > “Spam and Malware Protection”, new infomail filter options for social media notifications, purchase notifications and travel notifications can now be applied.
  • In the “User Panel” tab under “Customization”, administrators can now allow or deny their users from editing their basic data and passwords in the User Panel.
  • In the “E-Training” tab under “Security Awareness Service” > “Configuration”, administrators can now set a reminder email interval. Invitation emails for e-trainings and reminder emails for non-completed e-trainings can now be activated separately. E-training reminders will now only be sent during business hours based on the timezone set in the Control Panel.
  • The Security Awareness Service now supports two fallback languages for e-training emails: the user’s language in the User Panel and the customer’s language in the Control Panel.
  • In the “Phishing Simulation” tab under “Security Awareness Service” > “Configuration”, advanced settings give administrators more control about the identity spoofing simulation.

Improvements

  • E-training reminders are no longer sent to forward mailboxes.
  • Forward mailboxes will no longer be taken into account for e-training statistics.
  • A tooltip in the report configuration under Reporting & Complaince → Email Statistics → Report has been improved.
  • The redirection between some services has been improved.
  • In the Security Awareness Service, an error has been fixed that occurred for clients who have set German as their company language. The error prevented them from adding a domain for retrieving publicly accessible information in the Organization settings under Security Awareness Service > Configuration > Phishing Simulation.

Control Panel Version 6.35.7.0

Enhancements

  • In the Statistics tab of the Email Statistics module statistics can be generated and downloaded as a PDF file.
  • In the Scheduled Report tab of the Email Statistics module the static monthly offline report can now be configured to be send daily, weekly or monthly and the recipients can be selected. Also external recipients can be provided.
  • Austrian has been added to the languages of the Security Awareness Service.
  • The version number of the Control Panel/User Panel has been added to the bottom of the Dashboard of the User Panel.
  • The Secure Links statistic in the Reporting & Compliance module under Threat Live Report has been removed.
  • The default contact information in the Control Panel/User Panel has been changed, now only a link to the support contact form is shown.

Improvements

  • An error message has been improved, when creating forward mailboxes with more than 100 recipients.
  • An error when excluding groups of only forward mailboxes from the Security Awareness Service has been fixed.
  • An error adding the support information of customers from the Customization module to the Quarantine Report has been fixed.
  • The link when opening the teachable moment from the User Panel’s Phishing Simulation module has been updated.

Improvements

  • Under “Security Awareness Service > Statistics > Groups”, an error regarding the calculation of group member counts has been fixed.

  • Under “Security Awareness Service > Statistics > Phishing”, the “Credentials” column in the table on successful phishing emails is displayed again.

  • In the “Customer Settings > Mailboxes“ module, errors that resulted in a failure of CSV imports (e.g., due to control charcters) have been fixed. Several errors related to the handling of duplicate entries have been fixed.

  • The Control Panel now automatically redirects users to the correct page when they receive a 365 Permission Manager link via email.

Improvements

  • Under Security Awareness Service > Statistics > E-Training, an error has been fixed that caused users who already completed the e-trainings to be incorrectly shown in the section for users with unfinished modules.
  • An error has been fixed that caused the Awareness Engine to incorrectly exclude users who were involved in e-training testing phases.
