Enhancements

  • Warning scenarios can now be deactivated for an entire organization.
  • Users can now be excluded from one or more warning scenarios.
  • External domains can be added to a list of trusted domains that will be considered as part of the organization.
  • The option to remove the add-in for all users is now available.
  • The warning for inappropriate wording now indicates the specific detected word or pattern.

Enhancements

  • From now on, AI Recipient Validation will stop showing specific warnings if they are triggered regularly.
  • Once a user has sent an email to a recipient from another domain, other recipients with the same domain will no longer trigger warnings.

Improvements

  • False warnings about personal information have been fixed by implementing an additional keyword check in the body of the email to be sent.
  • Warnings will no longer be shown for sensitive information or inappropriate wording detected in the email that is being forwarded or replied to.

Improvements

  • The filter for inappropriate wording in German has been improved.
  • For some warning scenarios (e.g., unexpected recipients), AI Recipient Validation will no longer give out warnings in the first 2 weeks after a customer has been onboarded. This reduces the number of warnings in the beginning. This change only applies to newly onboarded customers.
  • Warnings about similar recipients are now only triggered in more relevant cases as the required match rate has been increased.
  • The filter for personally identifiable information has been improved. UK social security numbers are now identified more accurately.
