Improvements

  • E-training reminders are no longer sent to forward mailboxes.
  • Forward mailboxes will no longer be taken into account for e-training statistics.
  • A tooltip in the report configuration under Reporting & Complaince → Email Statistics → Report has been improved.
  • The redirection between some services has been improved.
  • In the Security Awareness Service, an error has been fixed that occurred for clients who have set German as their company language. The error prevented them from adding a domain for retrieving publicly accessible information in the Organization settings under Security Awareness Service > Configuration > Phishing Simulation.

365 Total Backup – Four-Eye Approval

A four-eye approval process has been introduced to 365 Total Backup:
  • Four-eye approval represents an additional layer of security that mitigates risks of losing data due to actions of rogue and novice administrators.
  • It is disabled by default and can be enabled during or after onboarding a tenant.
  • Four-eye approval requires at least two administrators to be assigned as approvers.
  • The feature allows only assigned administrators to approve or rejects requests for sensitive operations such as:
    • Disabling users, groups and sites from backup
    • Deleting backup data for users, groups and sites
    • Organization deletion
    • Changes to retention policy settings
    • Changes to Four-Eye approval settings

Enhancements

  • In the Statistics tab of the Email Statistics module statistics can be generated and downloaded as a PDF file.
  • In the Scheduled Report tab of the Email Statistics module the static monthly offline report can now be configured to be send daily, weekly or monthly and the recipients can be selected. Also external recipients can be provided.
  • Austrian has been added to the languages of the Security Awareness Service.
  • The version number of the Control Panel/User Panel has been added to the bottom of the Dashboard of the User Panel.
  • The Secure Links statistic in the Reporting & Compliance module under Threat Live Report has been removed.
  • The default contact information in the Control Panel/User Panel has been changed, now only a link to the support contact form is shown.

Improvements

  • An error message has been improved, when creating forward mailboxes with more than 100 recipients.
  • An error when excluding groups of only forward mailboxes from the Security Awareness Service has been fixed.
  • An error adding the support information of customers from the Customization module to the Quarantine Report has been fixed.
  • The link when opening the teachable moment from the User Panel’s Phishing Simulation module has been updated.

VM Backup Version 9.0.110.0

Important:
  • When upgrading to this version please note that in order to downgrade to older versions of VM Backup, all backups would need to be started from scratch.
  • After upgrading to this version, Virtual Machines using the “Truncate Logs” functionality need to have their VM Backup VM Tools manually updated using the “Install/Update VM Backup VM Tools” functionality in the “VSS Settings” page.
