Offsite Server with WAN Acceleration
If you’re looking to copy VM backups to an offsite location you will need to install the Offsite Server on the machine that will host the offsite backups in your remote location. The Offsite Server can be connected to the machine running an instance of VM Backup both via LAN or WAN connection.
Download the installer file and install it on the machine that you will use for off-site backups.
You can use Management Tools to manage VM Backup remotely from a different machine such as your desktop PC. Management Tools will install a remote management console which can connect to one or many remote installations of VM Backup.
Download the file and install it on the PC where you want to manage backups from.
