Enhancements

  • New Control Panel Theme:
    • Introduced a new, modernized theme for the Control Panel and its services, featuring updated colors and refined styling while preserving the existing layout and navigation.
    • Ensures a more consistent user experience across products and smoother transitions between solutions.
    • Data, permissions, and core navigation remain unchanged.
  • Hybrid customers no longer need to delegate additional permissions when enabling AutoRemediate. Required permissions are now included in the Hornetsecurity Hybrid Onboarding Microsoft app.
  • The SAS configuration warning now evaluates basic data completeness only for active training users instead of all customer users.
  • Excluded deny-listed senders from quarantine reports so their emails are no longer included in delivery summaries.
  • Updated the email detail view to correctly map and display header-based From and To fields.
  • Removed empty placeholder footers from the Email Authentication tables in the Control Panel to improve the user interface.
  • Control Panel administrators can now report encoded or decoded secure links as False Positive or False Negative on the Advanced Threat Protection page.
  • Explainability:
    • Improved the Email Information block to correctly display the sender’s name from the full From header (display name and email address).
    • Privileged Control Panel roles (Global Administrator, Administrator, Email Security, Service Desk) now see an Email Details button, providing direct access to the new Explainability view for managed emails and their own emails.
    • Aligned font sizes for improved readability and consistency.
    • Hidden the Send email to admin button in Archiving Audit Mode so auditor users no longer see this option.
    • Renamed the Add button to Assign in the role assignment section to improve clarity.

Improvements

  • Resolved an issue where some Microsoft 365 migrations in the Control Panel initially failed due to a timeout but succeeded after retrying.
  • Fixed an issue in Total Protection where the Grant permissions button below the connection status did not respond after consent was declined.
  • Corrected the display of support information in the Help menu.
  • Resolved an issue that caused the User Panel settings page to appear empty for some users.
  • Fixed a display issue where SAS e-training achievement certificates were not shown correctly in the Control Panel.
  • Resolved an issue where submitting invalid data in the customer creation form generated duplicate error banners instead of a single message.
  • Corrected inconsistencies in SAS e-training statistics so the CSV export, Control Panel statistics, and API results now align.
  • Fixed an issue in Advanced Threat Protection where groups with names shorter than three characters could not be added.
