Enhancements:

  • Customer onboardings improvements:
    • Added a Reset Onboarding capability so admins can recover stuck progress.
      The system now tracks retry attempts, automatically retries a stuck migration, and shows a Reset Onboarding button when retries fail. The button deletes the integration/migration and lets the customer retry onboarding.
    • Added hover text for the Retry and Reset Onboarding buttons to explain the purpose and behavior of each of the buttons.
  • Email Authentication now shows a success notification when Activate SPF check is enabled for all incoming emails.
  • Double-clicking a single selected classification in Email Live Tracking now selects all classifications, so users can quickly toggle from one selection to “select all” without resetting filters or clicking each item.
  • Increased the max-height of the Control Panel scope selector so admins can better navigate deep hierarchy trees without extra scrolling or resetting filters.
  • Added automated Microsoft Safe Links bypass:
    • Safe Links bypass can now be activated with the automatic creation of the policy for a Microsoft 365 tenant.
  • Updated Audit Logs:
    • Product information has been added to audit logs. Each entry now includes the relevant product to provide clearer context.
    • Enhanced, modernized user interface: refined layout and visual improvements for a more intuitive, user-friendly experience.
    • Advanced filtering capabilities: a unified, searchable multi-select filter for faster and more precise searches in the audit log.
    • Improved event naming conventions: clearer event names for better readability and easier identification of activities.
    • Dedicated status category: status information has been moved out of the Actions section into a separate category to improve structure and transparency.

Improvements (Bug Fixes):

  • Email Information now shows the category display name, so category labels in Email Live Tracking are clear and readable.
  • Fixed an issue where the next-page controls were not clickable after using the search bar on Email Encryption page.
  • The From value in Email Details now matches the From value in the Headers tab to fix a discrepancy that could confuse investigations.
  • Fixed an issue where the Spam and Malware Protection module sometimes had an incorrect state for the Infomail filter.
  • Improved reliability of threat-response flows for Hybrid mode customers.
  • Fixed a configuration adjustment issue in the Spam and Malware Protection module so settings are applied correctly and reliably.
  • Added missing translations to improve the localized user experience across the Control Panel.
  • Fixed inconsistent UI of scope selector so long customer names consistently use ellipses instead of wrapping mid-word, improving readability.
  • Improved product text for VM Backup to mention Proxmox to clarify supported platforms.
  • Audit records now show correct event type names for Tenant Manager, improving log clarity and troubleshooting.
  • Fixed the misalignment between the Select a delegate dropdown and the Add button in the Delegate section in the Settings –> Mailboxes module so controls are properly aligned and usable.
  • Error messages for domain CSV imports now show working links to manual.
  • Resolved issues with the responsive layout the Threat Response Configuration module for Hybrid customers so page elements adapt correctly when the page is resized.
