Improvements

Fixed an issue where the Identity page redirected incorrectly to tenant-level settings.
Fixed an issue where the non-compliant settings count for identities did not match the actual values under certain conditions.
Added email validation for group creation to detect and prevent duplicate email addresses.
Added a Run Automation button to the Assigned Settings modal to improve user experience.
Overall improvements in the Identity feature UI.
Additional minor enhancements and fixes have been implemented.
