Enhancements

• The following new predefined setting targeting SharePoint have been introduced in the predefined settings library:
  • HS-S0101 – Checks if external sharing is limited to a security group. If not, it sets sharing to allow all users except guests. This helps control who can share content and keeps external users from sharing.

• The following new predefined policy for Entra – Conditional Access have been introduced in the predefined policies library:
  • HS-P0035 – Enforce the use of strong authentication methods—such as FIDO2 security keys or certificate-based authentication—for privileged admin accounts. If users do not have these methods registered before the policy is enforced, they can be locked out, making it critical to plan deployment carefully to avoid accidental loss of access.
