Improvements:
- An error in appending the signatures has been fixed.
- Signatures in plain mails are displayed correctly now.
- No problems with special characters any more: They are displayed correctly in the signatures and the email body now.
- With this update, the button to de-/activate the disclaimer or the signature displays the correct setting.
