Main functions

  • A new Inbox Archive view in Email Live Tracking allows authorized users to search and filter archived messages, browse them in an inbox-style list, preview the selected email, and download its original, unmodified `.eml` file without leaving ELT, when permitted. Access requires the additional Inbox Archive role or a combination with Global Admin or Email Security roles on a Control Panel scope, with Email Archiving and the Inbox View feature enabled.
  • Added controlled synchronization of eligible non-Global Admin Microsoft 365 administrator roles. Global Admins with the required permission can enable or disable synchronization under Service Dashboard > Administration. Changes take effect during the next Microsoft 365 synchronization, and eligible Microsoft 365 administrator roles are automatically assigned to the corresponding Control Panel roles. Synchronization is enabled by default for new customers onboarded after this release and disabled by default for existing customers.
  • Deny and Allow Lists now provide safer editing and clearer CSV import feedback. Users receive precise guidance for unsupported or malformed files, missing or duplicated columns, incorrect list context, files exceeding 1,000 lines, temporary service outages, and entries without a selected bypass filter. Unsaved changes are protected by a discard confirmation.

Enhancements

  • Allow List CSV imports now display a dedicated error when no bypass filter is selected.
  • Added protection against accidentally discarding unsaved changes in domain and central customer settings.
  • Added a persistent per-customer Strip encryption subject tag before delivery checkbox in Email Encryption settings.
  • Deny and Allow List CSV imports now provide clearer, actionable feedback for unsupported or malformed files, invalid columns, incorrect list context, files exceeding 1,000 lines, and temporary service outages.
  • Allow and Deny List entry dialogs now ask for confirmation before discarding unsaved changes when users click outside the dialog.
  • External Sender is now displayed as a neutral informational indicator instead of a medium-threat indicator.

Improvements

  • Improved Allow and Deny List dialogs by correcting their size and resolving missing input identifier errors.
  • Training rollouts are now skipped when the customer rollout mode cannot be determined, preventing unintended mass assignments.
  • The user list now loads faster when administrators create forwarding mailboxes for large tenants.
  • Product-specific Signature and Disclaimer roles no longer provide access to Audit Logs or unrelated user administration.
  • Empty filter values in Allow List CSV imports are now treated as enabled filters instead of bypassed filters.
  • Allow List CSV imports now require at least one bypass filter to be selected.
  • Bulk domain creation now handles Microsoft 365 tenant conflicts without returning an HTTP 500 error for the entire batch.
  • Audit Access Management now opens correctly for Hybrid and MX tenants without displaying a date-picker error.
  • Quarantine Reports now respect the domain setting for hiding the Control Panel link.
  • Email Live Tracking no longer displays an active-row error when the page opens.
  • Saving settings for an alias domain now keeps users in the selected domain instead of redirecting them to the default domain.
  • Group creation now prevents repeated submissions and displays progress while the request is being processed.
  • Exporting Allow Lists now creates the expected audit log entry.
  • Threat Live Report elements now remain responsive when switching between desktop and mobile viewport sizes.
