Enhancements

• Introduced Awareness Coach, an AI-powered learning experience in Microsoft Teams that reinforces security awareness training and assesses users’ understanding after completing an e-training.
• Through a one-to-one chat initiated by the AI Cyber Assistant, users receive:
  • Three short, free-text questions presented one at a time.
  • A progress indicator and immediate, personalized feedback.
  • Questions adapted to their SAS level and supported language.
  • A learning experience designed to take less than two minutes.
  • Notifications during working hours, with configurable reminders for incomplete sessions.
  • Results that contribute to their phishing level.
• With these short, interactive sessions, Awareness Coach encourages active recall, increases engagement, and supports continuous security awareness learning.
