ENHANCEMENTS
- Support for the Control Panel Service Desk role:
365 Total Backup now recognizes the Service Desk role assigned through the Control Panel. Users with this role can access the product with restricted permissions, allowing them to view information without modifying, accessing, or restoring backed-up data.
Note: If the Service Desk role is combined with a product-specific role, the user retains Service Desk permissions while also receiving administrator rights for the selected product.
