Enhancements:

  • The Secure Links product is now supported for API-mode. The feature will have a phased rollout to API-mode customers over the coming weeks.
  • Forwarding (shared) mailboxes can now be included or excluded from receiving quarantine reports. This setting can be changed with a toggle on the Quarantine Report settings page.
  • The Link decoder feature is available to administrators regardless of whether Secure Links is enabled or disabled.
    • Link decoder customization is disabled while Secure Links is turned off.
    • End-user link decoder access now follows Secure Links activation automatically.
    • The User Panel Link decoder customization section is renamed Secure Links for consistent naming.
  • DKIM Sync in DMARC Manager now allows customers to reuse existing DKIM keys. Administrators can import or host public keys in the platform and continue DKIM signing without recreating their DKIM setup from scratch.

Improvements:

  • Whitelabeling now validates image MIME types on upload and corrects legacy files saved with the wrong type (e.g. JPEG stored as ICO).
  • Email Live Tracking now keeps the selected filters when switching between customers.
  • Corrected the date format shown after releasing an email from a quarantine report.
  • Fixed the on-server encryption check that failed with “5.5.1 Error: need MAIL command”.
  • Customer and partner Global admins can now delete the send_email_to_admin entry.
  • Quarantine reports no longer list deny list users among the recipients.
  • Authentication settings now allow bulk import of multiple IP addresses for Control Panel access.
  • The Email Security role can now create and update mailboxes.
  • All aliases for a mailbox are now shown instead of only some.
  • The Add LDAP Connection form now highlights the missing field when validation fails.
  • Fixed the Spanish email body sent for the Email Live Tracking “Export as CSV” action.
  • Fixed email action buttons that appeared grayed out and inactive.
  • Re-enabled the Email Live Tracking bulk-action buttons that appeared grayed out.
  • Fixed a 500 error when activating Advanced Threat Protection.
