Enhancements

  • A new Identity page has been introduced, providing enhanced visibility into Microsoft Entra ID users and groups, along with streamlined detail views and comprehensive management actions. 
  • For users, the following information is available: 
    • Personal Information 
    • Organizational Information 
    • Security & Access details, including account status and MFA status 
    • Assigned User Roles 
    • Assigned Group Memberships 
    • Applied Microsoft 365 Licenses
  • For groups, the following information is available: 
    • Group Overview, including a breakdown of members and owners 
    • Group Information, including group type and related details 
    • Dynamic Membership Rules, including rule type and rule state
  • A new compliance status has been introduced for both users and groups, providing visibility into their alignment with applied settings.  
  • This status reflects how each identity aligns with settings enforced through the product and includes the ability to remediate non-compliant settings directly from the specific identity view.

  • Identity creation is now available directly within the product, including the ability to:

  • All identity-related actions are now tracked in the Operation History. 
  • Identity-related auditing has been integrated directly into Control Panel Auditing.
  • A new CSV export function has been introduced, providing the ability to individually export users and groups lists, including their corresponding details directly from the identity screen.
  • A new Tenant Identity Report has been introduced. Including all tenant identities and details for all users and groups.
  • The existing Tenant Overview Report has been adjusted to include identity details for both users and groups.
  • New widgets for identities have been added to the Overview screen and other existing screens have been updated where necessary to include relevant and applicable identity details.

Improvements

  • A ‘New’ badge will now be displayed on newly added templates for up to 30 days.
