Enhancements

  • S/MIME:
    • Removed the “First name” and “Last name” fields from the user certificate order view, table, and export to simplify the process.
    • Prevented creation of duplicate S/MIME users, with clear feedback when a certificate already exists.
    • Added new columns for “Subscription expiration date” and “Certificate activation date”.
    • Updated CSV export to include additional fields.
    • Integrated support for new audit entry types.
    • Removed deprecated fields and streamlined the table layout.
    • Added support for locking S/MIME user certificates:
      Once a certificate is locked, it cannot be modified or cancelled, and its settings become read-only. Locked certificates remain visible in the certificates table with a clear indicator and tooltip explaining their status.
    • S/MIME certificate subscriptions are now automatically cancelled when a mailbox is deleted, preventing unnecessary charges for unused certificates.
  • Security Awareness E-training configuration:
    • Implemented support for scheduling e-trainings for both individual users and groups. This enables admins to assign training sessions more flexibly and supports broader rollout scenarios.
  • Updated the behavior of the “Permission Manager” role to ensure full access to the product.
  • Improved and optimized the user experience of the User Panel and Email Statistics page.
  • API customers now see the primary environment settings in Premium mode on the Spam & Malware Protection page to have a better idea of what the Hybrid mode offers.
  • The permissions for the “Service Desk” role were updated to ensure full access to all required features.
  • A new “Classification” column has been added to Email Live Tracking to improve data clarity.
  • Optimized the interface on mobile devices to improve button alignment in the email statistics section.
  • Optimized the onboarding experience in AI Recipient Validation by removing the “Onboarding Ingestion” widget from the overview and adding a new “Ingested Users” tab with clear counters for successful and failed user ingestions.
  • Updated the behavior of the AI Email Security Analyst to provide a clearer overview of suspicious elements in analyzed emails.
  • Optimized the interface in the menu Settings > Mailboxes by standardizing the spacing of all dropdown menu sub-items.
  • Enhanced the “Add-ins and Connectors” page for Outlook Add-in in the Control Panel with improved tooltips and new options for managing shared mailboxes and downloads.
  • Unified the font size of all subtitles on the “Threat Live Report” page to ensure a consistent appearance.
  • When analyzing or reporting simulated phishing emails from the Security Awareness Service in Email Live Tracking, admins and end users now receive a clear notification that the message is part of a phishing simulation.

Improvements

  • Fixed an issue where relay restrictions toggles were not enabled by default for new Total Protection customers.
  • The “Mark as private” action now works consistently from both the multiselection and dropdown menus, and is highlighted in green when hovered over in the Spam and Malware Protection product.
  • Resolved an onboarding issues for specific Total Protection customers.
  • Resolved an issue where the “Try now” onboarding button for Total Protection Plan 2 did not respond when a customer was selected in role search.
  • The “ATP report” link in Email Security now opens as expected after an Advanced Threat Protection Scan in the Control Panel.
  • The “Export as CSV” option in Email Security now allows selected emails to be downloaded without error.
  • The AI Recipient Validation graph in the Control Panel now displays data correctly for all customers and time ranges.
  • The “Delete emails” button in Email Live Tracking is now disabled when no emails are selected.
  • The Control Panel Dashboard now correctly displays the protection status for all 365 Total Protection customers.
  • The “Phishing Simulation” tab for Security Awareness product now loads correctly and no longer reloads endlessly.
  • The “Export group members” button in the Control Panel now works as expected.
  • The Security Awareness E-training count now displays the correct number of trainings for all users.
  • The date picker in Email Statistics now prevents selecting future days, ensuring accurate data selection.
  • Resolved an issue where closing row actions in Email Live Tracking caused a distracting animation when switching between rows.
