Enhancements

  • New training
    • “How Criminals Bypass Multi-Factor-Authentication“: Introduces a new training explaining how cybercriminals can bypass Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and what users can do to better protect their accounts against these types of attacks.
  • Updated trainings
    • Workplace Safety” and “BEC Attacks“: Converted from text-based content to interactive/video formats to improve engagement and learning effectiveness.
    • Ransomware“: Streamlined the course by removing duplicated information and updated subtitles, voice-overs, and translations to improve content quality.

Note: Progress for users who started but did not complete these trainings will be reset. Completed and not yet started trainings will not be affected.

Improvements

  • Also includes bug fixes and general improvements across multiple trainings.
