Enhancements
- New onboarding experience:
- Introduced the possibility to choose an Email Security mode during customer onboarding amongst MX, Hybrid and API.
- A new email security mode is available for customers: API. The emails of a given customer will be protected using a journaling rule from Microsoft.
- Upgrade to Hybrid:
- Features available in Hybrid mode will be displayed as “Premium” for API customers.
- API customers are now able to upgrade to Hybrid mode easily.
- Teams Protection:
- Auto-remediation is available for newly created chats with malicious messages. The feature needs to be activated in Teams Protection > Configuration page.
- Manual remediation possibilities have been released to delete a chat and lock out a compromised account. These are available in the Alert Logs for administrators.
- A direct link to the Teams Protection documentation has been added, allowing admins to quickly access relevant feature information.
Improvements
- Subject lines in the new quarantine reports have been corrected to ensure proper translation across supported languages.
- The subject lines of E-Training invitation emails now correctly reflect the configured user’s language instead of defaulting to English.
