Enhancements:

  • The “Hard delete” action can now be selected for the Threat and Advanced Threat classifications in Threat Response Configuration, aligning their behavior with other classifications.
  • Email Live Tracking now displays clearer action-state icons in the Action column: a green check mark for successful actions, a red cross for failed actions, and a gray check mark when no action is taken.
  • Teams Protection URL rewriting Allow List entries now support subdomains, matching the existing behavior of ATP URL rewriting.
  • Updated the 365 Total Protection plan graphics on the Total Protection overview page.

Improvements:

Onboarding

  • Improved 365 Total Protection onboarding to better reflect the actual configuration state and completion status.
  • The email security onboarding step is now marked as complete only after the Total Protection Outlook add-in has been installed, with distinct indicators for completed and incomplete installations.
  • The 365 Total Protection plan now displays “Onboarding completed” once all configuration steps are finished.
  • Removed a connection failed/timeout page that could appear during longer onboarding processes.
  • The MX verification status in the onboarding wizard now updates automatically after MX records are detected, without requiring the onboarding window to be reopened.
  • Removed duplicate protection features that could be displayed during 365 Total Protection Plan 1 onboarding.
  • Adjusted the size of the 365 Total Protection plan graphics on the external onboarding page.

Email Live Tracking and Email Details

  • Fixed an issue where the Action column in Email Live Tracking could display incorrect action names after opening Email Details or changing the language.
  • Removed the Delivery Status field from Email Details for API customers, where it was always empty and potentially misleading.
  • Clarified the “no action” reason in Email Details for API and Hybrid customers to “Email left unchanged in inbox.”
  • Replaced the Secure Links report URL placeholder with a more appropriate example.

Audit Logs

  • Improved the reliability and completeness of Audit Logs.
  • Improved the behavior of the Success status filter in Audit Logs, which could previously return no results.
  • Fixed an issue where product codes were not recorded in audit log entries for Settings.
  • Corrected typos in the German Status filter within Audit Logs.

Email Security and Protection

  • Fixed an issue where the Infomail filter status could be reported incorrectly after a customer migrated from MX mode to Hybrid mode.
  • Improved the behavior of the Quarantine Report after it has been disabled.

General Improvements

  • Fixed an issue affecting automatic user creation for certain customers.
