Enhancements

  • Explainability in Email Live Tracking
    • Redesigned and improved experience with a new Email Details page.
    • The Email Details page contains the tabs Overview, Payload, Headers, and SMTP.
    • The following new email information was added:
      • Verdict and details on email authentication (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC)
      • Reason description
      • Deep signal analysis
      • Indicators of suspicion in AI Email Security Analyst

  • A Secure Links decoded URL is now displayed below the Link Decoder on the Advanced Threat Protection page and in the User Panel (if enabled). This makes it easier for an administrator to differentiate between encodeded and a decoded links.
  • Continuity Service settings are now automatically removed when the associated user is deleted, preventing errors in the Products API.
  • Enhanced consistency in Audit Logs by updating label naming and translations for Teams Protection settings.
  • Improved translations in Control Panel features to enhance language consistency.
  • AI Email Security Analyst now supports email aliases in addition to primary domains.
  • Added clear error messages and validation for Infomail tags that are too long or contain line breaks.
  • Email notifications from Teams Protection now include the customer name in the subject for easier identification.
  • Improved group import by providing clearer error notifications when issues occur.
  • Updated the behavior of the scope selector to prevent continuous loading when opening elements with many children and scrolling down.
  • Users can now customize Email Live Tracking table columns. When the Classification column is hidden, the expand arrow of each email is highlighted in the color of the email’s classification for easier identification.
  • Added a search box to the timezone dropdown in user and customer settings for easier selection.
  • An administrator now has the ability to choose whether end users can bypass timeout pages resulting from the Secure Links analysis on their browsers. This is available in Advanded Threat Protection > Secure Links for MX and Hybrid customers.
  • Email Live Tracking filter settings can now be shared via URL, making it easy to copy and share custom filter configurations.

Improvements

  • Security Awareness Service:
    • Fixed an issue, where the date field for training schedules was not resetting automatically after adding a new E-training.
    • The E-training form in the training schedule now automatically clears after adding a new entry.
    • The User results export option now remains available when privacy mode is off.
    • The Phishing Report now displays the correct starting date after reloading the page, regardless of time zone.
  • Improved performance in Email Live Tracking by optimizing how email headers are fetched.
  • Fixed an issue where Content Control settings did not persist as expected.
  • The external onboarding can now be displayed in French.
  • Fixed an issue where the topbar avatar dropdown opened on the wrong side.
  • The Phishing Level 4 banner in the Security Awareness now links directly to the relevant manual page for easier admin access.
