Enhancement
- The following new predefined setting targeting SharePoint have been introduced in the predefined settings library:
- HS-S0101 – Checks if external sharing is limited to a security group. If not, it sets sharing to allow all users except guests. This helps control who can share content and keeps external users from sharing.
Improvements
- Fixed a translation issue that caused incorrect characters to appear in the descriptions of some predefined settings and policies.
- Updated the name and description of policy HS-P0013 to improve clarity regarding its purpose.
- Revised the name of policy HS-P0019 to clarify that it applies specifically to Microsoft 365 (O365) applications.
- Modified the logic of policy HS-P0005 to fetch all risky sign-ins for users, not just those categorized as medium or high risk.
- Enhanced policy HS-P0021 by adding multiple specific directory roles with admin privileges, ensuring all built-in administrator roles are captured.
- Added a parameter to policy HS-S0026 so that enforcing the setting with the default parameter will now ensure compliance.
