Enhancements
- The position and language of users for the Security Awareness Service can now also be synchronized with Microsoft 365 or a directory service via LDAP.
- In the submodule “Configuration” of the “Security Awareness Service” module, administrators can define whether users may also be assigned e-trainings that are neither available in the user’s nor in the organization’s language.
- In the submodule “Authentication Policies and IPs” in the “Customer Settings” module, administrators can now set the time after which inactive users shall be automatically logged out of the Control Panel.
Improvements
- In the “Security Awareness Service” module, a display error has been fixed in the group ESI® when switching from a group without data to a group with data.
- In the “Security Awareness Service” module, an error has been fixed in the “Configuration” submodule when loading the current page after deleting an entry from the excluded users.
- In the “Security Awareness Service” module, the status of e-trainings for individual users is now always displayed in the “Statistics” submodule, regardless if the privacy mode is activated.
- Administrators can now only access a user’s “Security Hub” module if the privacy mode of the Security Awareness Service is deactivated for the customer.
- In the “Security Awareness Service” module, an error has been fixed in the “Configuration” submodule when displaying the drop-down menu for the organization’s language.
- In the “Security Awareness Service” module, the structure of the phishing simulation settings has been revised in the “Configuration” submodule.
- During mailbox migration during the upgrade to 365 Total Protection, an error when updating the status of migration jobs has been fixed.
- In the “Customer Settings” module, the success message that is displayed after deactivating a mailbox has been revised in the “Mailboxes” submodule.
- In the “Reporting & Compliance” module, display errors in the “Threat Live Report” submodule have been fixed. Percentages are now displayed correctly and the total number of attacks is no longer limited to 10,000.
- In the “Reporting & Compliance” module, an error has been fixed in the “Clicks by time” chart for Secure Links in the “Threat Live Report” submodule.
- In the “Email Live Tracking” module, blank error messages are no longer displayed.
- In the automatic email notifying users about a new delegate for their mailbox, a spelling error in the German version has been fixed.
- The monthly report on email statistics, whose recipients can be specified in the “Reporting & Compliance” module in the “Email Statistics” submodule, is now sent in the language of the recipient if the recipient is a Control Panel user. External recipients will receive the monthly report in English.
- In the “Email Encryption” module, the encryption methods in the form for creating an encryption rule are now displayed in the order in which they are processed.
- In the “Service Dashboard” module, in the form for creating a new object, the buttons for selecting whether the new object is a partner or a customer have been replaced with radio buttons.
- In the “LDAP Connection” tab of the “Service Dashboard” module, even if no changes were made, there was a warning about unsaved changes when exiting the tab. This error has been fixed.
