Enhancements

Improved Auditing Experience

The To Do page has been revamped with more details and added functionality, including two new views that show actions taken by both Admins and site owners:

  • Pending Actions – Violations that require user attention.
  • Performed Actions – Track past approval and remediation actions.

Pending Actions Tab

This view builds on the existing To Do list with a more structured and informative view:

  • Clearer overview – The header shows the number of violations loaded and paginated.
  • Time tracking – Each violation displays the remaining audit time, with clear indicators if it will become non-compliant or auto-remediated if not actioned.
  • Re-audit visibility – Violations requiring a re-audit are clearly marked.
  • Bulk actions – Select and act on multiple violations at once, including rows not currently displayed when selecting all items of the same violation type.
  • Quick explanations – Hovering over the Approve or Remediate action buttons now shows the expected outcome.
  • Improved search – Search now works across most columns, including details within the permission panel.
  • Flexible sorting & filtering – Most columns can now be sorted, with new filtering options available.

Performed Actions Tab

This view provides a list of actions performed by users, admins or the system in accordance with the policies in place:

  • Key details at a glance – Each entry includes key information such as: action taken, action date, item, violation reason, and who triggered it.
  • Streamlined history – Only the latest relevant action per violation is displayed. Items that no longer exist are excluded.
  • Displaying past approvals – Users can now view all approvals and remediate immediately without waiting for the re-audit period.
  • Enhanced visibility – Requested remediations are shown instantly and marked until executed. Auto-remediations by the system are also visible here.

Email Improvements

Email notifications sent to site owners have been redesigned, making it easier to review and audit directly from their inbox.

Other UI Enhancements

  • The Overview Dashboard now highlights the number of affected violations alongside permission counts.
  • The Sites filter in Pending Actions now supports multi-selection and filtering by site type for more precise control.
