• Step 1 – starting from now, before the 29/09/2025 : we need your help to prepare the migration and insure the service continuity. Please note: If you’re not following the correct instructions of the Knowledge Base article, you might risk interruptions of your mailflow.
• Step 2 – 29/09/2025 : Your Hornetsecurity Control Panel Account will be automatically created with all the equivalent Altospam configurations and settings. You will be able to log on at this stage. You don’t have anything to do there.
• Step 3 – 01/10/2025 : your email traffic will be automatically rerouted to the Hornetsecurity solution. Starting from this step, you will follow your email traffic from the Hornetsecurity Control Panel. The Altospam interfaces will be up at least 30 days to unsure continuity regarding logs and quarantine release. You don’t have anything to do there.

Emails will continue to be stored in our French data center (equivalent to Altospam).

On a commercial level, your contacts will remain the same – either Partner Account Managemer or Customer Success Managemer. For all other topics, our French Support team will be by your side to help!

On a technical level, the Altospam support team will remain at your disposal until the migration and the email redirection to Hornetsecurity platform. After the migration, the Hornetsecurity support team will take the leadership of the support, but the Altospam support team will be involved in the process. The Hornetsecurity and Altospam teams will be trained to answer all the questions regarding the migration

Your Altospam subscription will be maintained on the current conditions — including pricing — until your contract expires.

Please read the knowledge base article and follow the instructions. Depending on your email hosting provider and your Altospam setup, you might have to take actions. You really need to do it before the migration to ensure full continuity of service and preventing data loss. 

Apart from that, the migration will be automated to avoid big effort on your side. 

Before the migration, your account is still protected by Altospam. After the migration, you will benefit from the best of the three worlds, Hornetsecurity, Vadesecure and Altospam.
