Join our R&D team in the Product Development Center in Skopje – an international group advancing AI-powered solutions in email security, backup, and compliance. Using modern technology, cloud platforms, and intelligent automation, we deliver innovative answers to real-world security challenges.

As a Junior Research Software Developer (all genders), you’ll help research, prototype, and test new ideas, from AI-powered data leakage prevention to next-generation backup and compliance tools, while continuously expanding your technical skills.

Your Job

• You will research, design, and prototype new concepts related to email security, backup, compliance, and AI-based threat detection.
• You are going to develop features and automation tools using C# / .NET Core, as well as PowerShell or Python, depending on the project needs.
• You will experiment with AI/ML models, data analysis techniques, and cloud-native architectures to enhance our solutions.

Your Profile

• You have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• You are familiar with C#, PowerShell, or Python (you have experience with at least one and are eager to learn the others).
• You have a genuine interest in AI, automation, and cybersecurity.
• You demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and an eagerness to learn from feedback.
• You can solve problems effectively and think creatively when exploring solutions.
• You have good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
