Natpoint offers customer-focused IT support and services to a range wide variety of entrepreneurial companies and Not-for-Profit organisations. Founded in March 2001, Natpoint’s philosophy is simple “We never lock any of our customers in to fixed term contracts as we believe if we don’t do a good job, we don’t deserve the customer.”

Paul Jacobs
is a director of Natpoint. He is an accomplished Project Manager and Technical Consultant with over 25 years’ experience of Information Systems and the Computer Industry. After working as the project manager on a pan-European IT project, Paul established his own company, which was then merged into Natpoint in 2004. His speciality is guiding clients through technical change and implementing new systems.

Michael Glass is the Managing Director of Natpoint. He has been involved in IT for over 15 years and has extensive knowledge of the IT industry. Michael has a degree in Economics and is a Chartered Accountant. He is responsible for Natpoint’s customer account management and sales and marketing activity. He also heads the consultancy work undertaken by Natpoint.
