Intro

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Operations Analyst to join our team in Germany (Hanover or Berlin) as soon as possible.

This is a full-time, permanent role that offers significant opportunities for both personal and professional growth.

Your Job

  • We are building a white-glove onboarding experience for partners which will involve ensuring that all partners are set up correctly in our systems. You will be responsible for partner onboarding tickets to manage contracts, create partner accounts in key systems, and route inquiries to sales.
  • You are able to maintain and develop PowerBI dashboards based on SFDC; translating business metrics into critical dashboards for leadership
  • You can conduct business analyses to understand lead flow, pipeline, and velocity across the sales cycle
  • You have a holistic view of the necessary invoicing and sales processes, and you also look left and right of your work area to increase efficiency.

Your Profile

  • You have a completed degree in Accounting, Business or Finance or a comparable qualification.
  • You have gained work experience in a commercial or inside sales environment and are familiar with Salesforce.
  • You are experienced in PowerBI and able to write DAX and SQL queries
  • You have knowledge of business administration.
  • You are characterized by a solution-oriented way of working, strong problem solving and analytical skills as well as a quick comprehension.
  • You are an organizational talent, know how to set priorities and keep the balls in the air despite a high workload.
  • You tackle things proactively, prefer to complete tasks today rather than tomorrow, and enjoy working in an international, fast-paced environment.
  • You possess excellent communication skills.
