Your Job

• You manage the entire recruitment process for our global locations.
• You develop and execute creative strategies to attract top talent through active sourcing and innovative recruiting channels.
• You proactively reach out to potential candidates via professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn) with a personalized and engaging approach.
• You will conduct interviews, sell candidates on our amazing company culture, and ensure they’re excited about their next career step at Hornetsecurity.
• You continuously explore new, innovative recruitment and HR marketing strategies to attract the best talent.
• You analyze and track recruitment performance, refining strategies to optimize results.
• You support HR projects, including onboarding and employer branding initiatives.

Your Profile

• You are a networker who loves connecting with people and building relationships.
• You have experience in recruiting or HR? Awesome!
• You are an exceptional communicator, able to confidently engage with top talent and get them excited about joining our team.
• You are highly self-motivated and results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• You have a strong affinity for social media and know how to leverage digital platforms to attract candidates.
• You are fluent in English – written and spoken.
• You are highly self-organized, flexible, and can manage multiple tasks effortlessly, even in time-sensitive situations.
• You are a team player with a “get-it-done” mindset, always ready to step up, take initiative, and drive success.
