Intro

Join our mission to fight cybercrime and become a key member of our Software Development Team. We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to join us full-time at our office in Skopje. You’ll work across our cybersecurity product landscape, building and maintaining modern, scalable, and secure applications and services.

We value deep expertise in your area, a strong engineering mindset, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines. You don’t need to be a full-stack developer.

Your Job

• Take technical ownership of existing and new applications or services within our cybersecurity product ecosystem.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software.
• Build and improve backend services, APIs, and integrations that support our products.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape long-term technical direction.
• Work closely with other developers, Product Management, UX/UI, and QA to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure strong standards for performance, security, reliability, and code quality.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support long-term maintainability.
• Mentor and support junior developers, sharing good practices and helping the team improve.
• Contribute to new features, product improvements, and the ongoing maintenance of our software.

Your Profile

• A degree in Computer Science, vocational training as an IT specialist for application development, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least three years of professional software development experience, with strong expertise in backend development or another core area of software development.
• Experience with technologies such as Python, Django, FastAPI, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable software within complex, distributed systems.
• A solid understanding of software architecture, clean code, and modern engineering best practices.
• Experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code reviews.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and contributing to technical and architectural discussions.
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and a high sense of ownership.
• A team-oriented, solution-driven, reliable, and resilient approach.
• Comfortable working in UNIX-based environments, especially Linux.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
