Intro
We are seeking a motivated IT Systems Administrator (m/f/d) to join our team in Skopje. This position offers the opportunity to work independently on-site while being an integral part of a globally distributed IT team based in Malta, Germany, and Canada. The ideal candidate will be proactive, technically skilled, and comfortable working autonomously with strong remote collaboration.
Your Job
- You are responsible for the installation, configuration, and operation of client systems.
- You ensure smooth operation of systems, network functions, and IT security protocols.
- You manage user administration tasks, including account creation, modification, deactivation, and access rights management.
- You provide technical support for IT solutions and products, perform hardware repairs, set up workstations, and configure routers and switches.
- You deliver 1st and 2nd level support for users, including issue troubleshooting and documentation within the system and infrastructure environment.
- You maintain and monitor network infrastructures (WAN/LAN) and multimedia equipment.
- You collaborate on global infrastructure projects and contribute to their successful implementation.
Your Profile
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- You have solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows client platforms, networking, troubleshooting, and IT support (hardware/desktop).
- You are familiar with Active Directory and software deployment processes.
- You are a strong team player with excellent communication skills in English.
- You demonstrate a keen interest in emerging technologies and thrive on technical challenges.
Nice to Have (optional)
- You have experience with PowerShell scripting.
- You are proficient in working with Linux platforms and can write Linux Bash scripts.
- You are familiar with supporting Apple MacBook devices.
