Intro

To accelerate our global expansion, expand our brand presence, we are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week to start as soon as possible remote in Mexico City. Grow with us and become part of our swarm in Latam!

Please note: This will be a contract employment.

Your Job

  • You actively manage and follow up sales opportunities for projects up to 250 licenses together with our partners and distributors.
  • You support new business acquisition and identify cross-selling opportunities within the existing partner network.
  • You act as a key contact for partners and provide daily operational and commercial support.
  • You coordinate inbound leads, ensure qualification within SLA, and align follow-up activities with internal teams and partners.
  • You assist partners with pricing requests, quotations, and commercial proposals.
  • You build strong and sustainable relationships with partners and support their business growth and development.
  • You collaborate closely with our Partner Account Managers (PAMs) on partner onboarding, activation, and development activities.
  • You monitor customer trials and onboarding processes and support project follow-up and booking coordination.
  • You ensure that MX records and related services are correctly configured before project closure.
  • You support churn management, customer moves, subscription updates, and administrative account changes.
  • You maintain accurate opportunity tracking, CRM documentation, and pipeline visibility in Salesforce.
  • You resolve invoicing, licensing, and operational discrepancies in close collaboration with internal departments.

Your Profile

  • You have at least 2 years of inside sales experience within the field of IT (preferably Cybersecurity).
  • You are a communication talent and enjoy handling incoming customer calls.
  • You live and breathe customer orientation in all its facets, have a good knowledge of human nature, are helpful and can build long-lasting customer relationships.
  • You motivate yourself with your own successes and pursue your quarterly goals with passion.
  • You are an organizational talent, know how to set priorities, and keep track of things despite a high workload.
  • You have very good MS Office skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools for pipeline and performance management is a plus.
  • You are driven and ambitious, with a desire to work in a fast-moving, start-up environment.
  • You are fluent in both Spanish and English.
