Automatic synchronisation of mail data
Once the customer’s mail server has been restored, Continuity Service automatically synchronizes the present mail data with the data of the mail server and, if required, adds the missing emails, without the administrator having to get involved.
Automatic activation in case of mail server failure
If the automatic monitoring detects that the customer’s mail server is down, the Continuity Service is instantly being activated automatically without any further steps required.
In case of outage of the customer’s mail server, Hornetsecurity makes all undeliverable emails available via webmail front-end, from which you can also send emails.

In case of outage of the customer’s mail server, Hornetsecurity makes all undeliverable emails available via an alternative mail box. This can be accessed via the email client.
