You advise clients on using IT systems, configure IT systems on the client’s behalf, ensure smooth IT operations for clients onsite with your employees, and operate IT systems for clients. You want your client’s IT operations to run smoothly and securely and the expenditure required for this to be as low as possible.
We offer different levels of collaboration depending on how involved you are in a client’s IT processes. Computer retailer or provider, consultant or web service provider – depending on how you work with your clients and what kind of services you offer them – you decide which of our partner models is the best fit for you. All partner models include sales and technical training, partner workshops, joint presence at trade fairs and support at exhibitions and road shows.
There are no specific costs to you, and there is no minimum turnover requirement. Our only expectation is that your intention is to have an engaging and open collaboration with us. We offer the following partner models:
You are concentrating on the general consulting service for your customer, you are making the contacts and you are conducting the sales process. Hornetsecurity takes the guidance in the sales process until the deal is closed, supports your customer and operates the services.
You do your own marketing, and you are counseling your customers when they utilize IT products. You lead the sales process from the first contact to closing of a deal. Hornetsecurity supports you at customer acquisition and support, plus we take over the customer support and the service operations for you.
For the Advanced Partner status you will need one certified sales employee.
You do your own marketing and you are counseling your customers when they utilize IT products. You lead the sales process from the first contact to closing of a deal. In addition you are supporting your customers on-site when it comes to installation and usage of IT products.
Hornetsecurity supports you at customer acquisition and support and is responsible for service operations. If you wish, using our services can be made transparent for the customer, i.e. you are offering our services under your own brand name with your own design.
For the Premium Partner status you will need one certified sales and one technical employee.
This status is awarded by Hornetsecurity and requires active collaboration. You are part of an exclusive circle that has shown quality and performance. You have been working in the security market for a number of years. You bring knowledge and experience to technical discussions, beta tests and market strategies and maintain direct contact with our Board of Management.
For the Excellence Partner status you will need two certified sales and two technical employees.
You are running your own IT systems and provide Internet services for your customers, e.g. Internet connection, web servers or mail servers. Your customer’s email communication is running on your systems and equipment. You want to provide high-quality email services and disburden your infrastructure from Spam and Spam filtering at the same time?
We offer you collaboration within our provider partner model using our Managed Gateway Service. The basic service at very attractive prices protects and relieves your infrastructure; optional services offer attractive margins and differentiation in the competitive environment to you and optimal email security to your customers. At your wish, using our services can be made transparent for the customer, i.e. you are offering our services under your own brand name with your own design.
For the Provider Partner status you will need one certified technical employee.
