Your Job

  • You recruit, support and develop our strategic partners (resellers) in France. 
  • You organize and supervise the online and face-to face trainings for our strategic resellers and implement the Hornetsecurity Partner Program. 
  • You complete annual partner business plans and always keep an eye on the successful development of the sales partners and distributions you support. 
  • You participate in trade shows and partner events and present our solutions. 
  • You create relevant forecasts and define concrete measures to ensure target achievement.  
  • Internally, you work with the sales, marketing and technical teams. Externally, you represent the company as a personal contact for strategic partners. 

Your Profile

  • You have several years of professional experience in the field of IT security or technical applications and a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes. 
  • Ideally, you already have access to a resilient network at large system houses and system integrators in France. 
  • You have a talent for communication and are competent and confident in dealing with partners and customers. 
  • You are willing to travel and enjoy convincing customers and partners of Hornetsecurity services in presentations and negotiations. 
  • You convince with your winning personality and enjoy working in an international team. 
  • You are motivated by your own successes and pursue your quarterly goals with passion. 
  • You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
